Reblogged from atheism-
God is a lie, so:
1. We are living this life, the only we have. Don’t fucking waste it.
2. Our lives are not meaningless, ‘cause we know we can change things. God doesn’t have the last words, we do. Not even the sky is the limit.
3. This is the classic “God = morals, so no god = no morals” claim. Atheists are good people because they want to, they know the difference between good and evil. On the other hand, christians need the promise of a reward to do the right thing.
So, how do you define ‘Good’ and ‘Evil’ without a polarizing ‘lens’, per se [in this case, God], to view them through?
(Aside from the obvious, that they are opposites)
